简介：思贤(立威廉饰)和程风(许玮伦饰)从小认识，思贤对程风有意，但是程风一直把思贤当哥哥。程风一心想做空姐，她的母亲是乘务员，死于空难，但是这一点也不影响程风对天空的向往。思贤为了程风跑去当空乘员，思贤的母亲不惜与程风家翻脸，要求程父管住女儿，不许与思贤来往。关安逸(印小天饰)家里开牛肉面店，他与邻居女孩湘湘(李小冉饰)谈恋爱。湘湘觉得安逸卖个牛肉面就心满意足太没有志气，劝安逸到外地发展，但安逸不接受。湘湘一气之下离家出走，安逸随之也出门找湘湘，他无意中来到程风家的诊所打工，认识了程风，两人一见如故，成了好朋友。安逸偶然得知湘湘跑去了上海，并与首席赛车手濮飞相恋，他决定前往寻找。就在这时，安逸父亲因为心脏病发，死在韩恺(张铁林饰)驾驶的飞机上。姐姐安琦(柯淑勤饰)与韩恺的婚事因此中断，韩恺极度内疚，得了重病。关家牛肉面自然也歇业了。几经辛苦的程风终于考上了“飞儿航空”。在那里，她重遇思贤，认识了严厉的教官关安琦，还领教了处处为难她的姚倩。在上海，安逸偷偷地在濮飞车队的修理厂打工。看见濮飞与湘湘非常恩爱，安逸自惭形秽。但其实湘湘想要过平常日子的心愿，濮飞无法满足。这使得湘湘时常想起安逸的好，慢慢改变了想法。一次赛车意外，安逸救了濮飞。湘湘认出安逸，更是挣扎矛盾不已。但安逸已经决定退出。安逸返回青岛，才知道父亲已离世，牛肉面店停业。安逸顿感愧悔，决定接手牛肉面店，重振家风。程风在受训期间不断出状况，但是安琦看出了她内在对于飞行的热爱，并给予她各方面的支持。安逸回到家，发现程风和姐姐安琦认识，两个人只觉得缘分奇妙。思贤难忘程风，处处向她表达爱意，但此时程风已不知不觉地和安逸走到了一起。刁蛮的姚倩暗地里相中了思贤，无奈思贤心思不在。湘湘决定离开濮飞去找安逸。在飞机上，程风偶然认识湘湘，两人话语投机，因此成为朋友。等到安逸、程风、湘湘同时坐在牛肉面店里时，才真相大白。但安逸此时爱的是程风，对湘湘只存一份友情。而湘湘此时不愿退让，结果左右为难的安逸选了最愚蠢的方式来处理——说谎。与安逸走到这样，对程风打击很大。程风给自己选择了孤独的路，她领会到自己对飞行的热情并没有消减，相反的，由于感情落空，反倒让她决心专注在飞航工作上。安逸当初救濮飞的时候，眼睛旧伤复发，竟然逐渐全盲。程风离开之后，安逸并没有接纳湘湘，他想清楚后，对湘湘说明白了自己爱的是程风。程风回来，三个人见面，这时一切明朗了。程风、湘湘一起想法救安逸的眼睛。经过一番风雨，安逸和程风再度携手，湘湘回到濮飞身边，韩恺病故，伤心的安琦依旧守着当初与韩恺约定一起经营的 JAZZ BAR。程风没有答应安逸的求婚，她总说：再让我飞几年吧！在美丽的青岛海岸，海风轻轻。浪花温柔地卷走岸上的细沙，它牵动着一个个年轻人“想飞”的梦……
